✓ A clear criminal record check with a vulnerable sector search (within the last 3 years)
✓ Current CPR and First Aid (or willingness to get it)
✓ For HCAs and LPNs: active CLHA registration. For RNs: active CRNA registration.
✓ Two professional references and eligibility to work in Canada
✓ A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are an asset
